ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER- STRABANE

Job Title: Assistant Store Manager (Job ref: L71).

Location: Strabane

Duration: Full Time Permanent 

Hours:

30 – 37.5 hour contract per week, working across 4/5 days per week Monday to Sunday. We offer our management team the option of 2 Saturdays off per month.

Job Description:

We are now recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager in our new Strabane Store.

All in all, we are looking for our Assistant Store Manager to:

    • Ensure the customers is at the forefront of all decision making.
    • Inspire, coach, and drive their team.
    • Make sound commercial decisions that will drive the highest results.
    • Analyse patterns in performance
    • Confidently manage your store
    • Recognise and embrace opportunities for change.
    • Work hands-on with energy, pace, and enthusiasm.
    • Show passion for what they do and aspiration for their own development.
    • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager, and Support Centre teams to build productive relationships.
Requirements:

To come on board as Menarys Assistant Store Manager, you would ideally have the following:

  • Retail management experience at a similar level or a keen interest in learning and taking the next step in your career.
  • Excellent people skills with a proven track record of leading, developing and motivating a team.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A passion for selling and customer interaction.
  • A record of commercial success and awareness
  • Recognition of the importance of strong visual merchandising.
