This is an exciting opportunity to work for Menarys and Tempest; one of Northern Ireland’s most recognisable department store groups within the role of Human Resources Assistant. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager you will provide a proactive HR support service to our Store Managers and their teams.
As our Human Resources Assistant, you will work closely with line managers and individual employees providing vision and direction to the store teams and develop shared commitment to delivering performance and growth in this area. It’s all about helping people, creating a happy work environment which in return results in high performing teams who are capable of achieving results. You will have responsibility and autonomy from the start as you take accountability for all HR related administration and coordination within the business, including all routine processes required for best practice, legal compliance and to support the organisational goals. You will make the most of your communication and organisational skills from day one thinking on your feet to make the best decisions, fast!
