ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Menarys was founded in 1923 and we are a well-established family run business with currently 19 Menarys and Tempest stores. Our stores have become focal points in our local communities.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers. We expect all team members to maintain an exceptional level of customer service that Menarys are renowned for after 90 years in business. Duties will vary and include:
Achieving set sales targets
General house keeping
Familiarisation/ knowledge base of products we offer
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
General sales duties
Exceptional customer service
Tasking Duties (deliveries and set up of instore promotional activities)
A strong commitment to customer service and helping people
Good communication and people skills and be comfortable working with the public
The ability to work as part of a team and be able to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
Confidence, drive, enthusiasm and an engaging personality
Decision making ability and a sense of responsibility
Have a hard working attitude with a love for working in retail with a comprehensive understanding of your area
Should be of a smart appearance and articulate
Come from a sales background and be able to demonstrate previous experience within a similar role, however personality counts for a lot!
