Menarys was founded in 1923 and we are a well-established family run business with currently 19 Menarys and Tempest stores. Our stores have become focal points in our local communities and we are excited to be recruiting in our Larne store.
OUTLINE OF THE ROLE
Menarys is growing and it is our teams of passionate retail managers who are leading the way. Working a long side our store managers our assistant store Managers are equally accountable for everything going on in their stores and with the our store managers they are the driving force behind our customer’s fun shopping experience.
All in all, we are looking for our Assistant Store Managers to:
- Ensure their customers are at the forefront of all decision making
- Inspire, coach and drive their team
- Make sound commercial decisions that will drive the highest results
- Analyse patterns in performance
- Confidently manger their store
- Recognise and embrace opportunities for change
- Work hands-on with energy, pace and enthusiasm
- Show passion for what they do and aspiration for their own development
- Work collaboratively with their Store Manager, and Support Centre teams to build productive relationships
