ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Menarys was founded in 1923 and we are a well-established family run business with currently 17 Menarys and Tempest stores. Our stores have become focal points in our local communities.
OUTLINE OF THE ROLE
Menarys is growing and it is our teams of passionate retail managers and sales advisors/Dispatch operatives who are leading the way. As an Online Dispatch team member your role is to ensure accurate and timely processing of all online orders including picking, packing and stock management.
Fulfilment of all online orders including picking and packing in time for daily courier collection
Accurate use of online system to manage orders and stock
Consistent communication with the online team, store staff and couriers to ensure al sales are processes and delivered in the most efficient way.
Stock management online and in store, including accurate stock taking.
maintenance of all sundries and supplies
Any other duties assigned by management.
To come on board as a Menarys Online dispatch team member, you would ideally have the following:
- Enthusiastic with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
- Highly organised and adaptable.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- IT skills desirable.
- Full driving licence essential.
