The COVID 19 pandemic has resulted in a lot of uncertainty for many people across the globe. As we begin to adjust to a new level of normality, we understand that there is still anxiety and worry across our local communities about taking unnecessary trips out to ‘non- essential’ stores. We, at Menarys Tempest, are trying to ease some of those worries for our customers by prioritising the health and safety of our staff and customers at all times.

We have introduced many safety measures across the store including sanitising stations throughout the store, footfall restrictions, restricted fitting room access and you will start to notice some of our teams wearing face coverings as we work towards the mandatory introduction of masks in all retail stores in August.

For added confidence in purchasing at Menarys, we have extended our refund policy to 28 days for all items including sale. If you prefer to take items home to try on, you can do so knowing that you have 28 days* to return if they don’t suit.

Rest assured, any items returned to store will be quarantined for at least 48 hours before being brought back out to the shop floor for resale.

If you visit any of our stores, and feel like the correct safety measures are not in place, please do not hesitate to speak to a member of our team and we will endeavour to do our best to rectify it.

Once again, it Iis our utmost priority to keep everyone safe in these unprecedented times.

*Any items returned must be with the receipt of purchase, in original packaging & in re-saleable condition.
