This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with purchase ledger experience who is looking for a fresh challenge and the opportunity to build their experience by joining our established accounts team to work in our fast-paced business with immediate start.

37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

The role:

Working closely with the office manager and store support team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Matching, coding, and posting of large volumes of supplier invoices in a timely manner.      
  • Self billing invoices for our consignment/concession partners.
  • Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
  • Liaise with external suppliers to resolve accounting queries.
  • Bank Reconciliations.
  • Budget and analytical review.
  • Month End/Year End Reporting.
  • Assist with Annual audit.
  • Assisting senior finance team members with all other areas of finance function as required.

 Ideal Person:

  • Previous experience of a busy purchase ledger environment is essential.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages (especially excel), with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-disciplined and highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills, the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, building relationships at all levels.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach, able to deal with a busy and unique environment and able to cope with regular interruptions.

 

HOURS OF WORK: 37.5 hours per week, working across 5 days per week Monday to Friday, early finish on Friday.
